Biography

A Highly successful, results- oriented healthcare executive with a Master’s in Public Health from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel and Medical Degree from the Russian Friendship University in Moscow, Russia. Dr. Frank Anthony served in various high level positions in the Ministry of Health including the post of Executive Director of the Health Sector Development Unit.
His involvement in politics dates back to 1979, starting as a pioneer, in the Progressive Organization of Pioneers, and the Progressive Youth Organization.
