Biography

Mr. Joseph Hamilton is an Information Technology Specialist and Building Contractor. He was also a GGG Councilor of the Georgetown Mayor and City Council from 1994-1997, PNCR Region 4 Councilor and Parliamentarian from 1998-2001 and in 2006.  Mr. Hamilton now serves as the Minister of Labour.
