Speaker Resumes Presiding Physically

At the 8th Sitting of the National Assembly, today, 21st September, 2020, Hon. Manzoor Nadir, Speaker of the National Assembly, resumed physically presiding over the Assembly.
Hon. Speaker Nadir tested positive for the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) on Monday, 7th September, 2020, and remained isolated without symptoms for the required number of days. He received his certificate of clearance today to appear physically in the Assembly.
The House resumed at 6.27 p.m., following its second suspension, with Speaker Nadir physically in the Chair.
