LILIENDAAL, E.C.D., January 24, 2025 – The 2025 Budget Debate commenced today at the Arthur Chung Conference Centre, marking the start of critical deliberations that will define the nation’s fiscal priorities and economic trajectory for the upcoming year.
Held in the Dome of the Centre, the opening day featured dynamic presentations from seven Members of Parliament (MPs) representing the Government and six MPs from the Opposition benches. The debate was marked by spirited exchanges, insightful analyses, and a focus on the economic measures proposed for the upcoming fiscal year.
