Biography

A member of the PYO/PPP since 1973, Dr. BheriSygmondRamsaran graduated from the Medical Faculty of the People’s Friendship University in Moscow.
Dr, Ramsaran joined the staff of the Georgetown Public Hospital as a Government Medical Officer and has travelled extensively around Guyana, including the hinterland communities. In 2003 he was promoted to the post of Director of Regional Health in the Ministry of Health. Dr. Ramsaran became a member of the National Assembly in 1998.
