Biography

Dr. Nanda KissoreGopal holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Barnwell University, U.S.A, a M.Phil. in Industrial Relations, University of Glasgow, Seat land, U.K and a   PHD in Industrial and Business Studies from Warwide Business School, U.K. Dr. Gopaul is a founder member of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Guyana (FITUG) and has been a Trade Union Activist for over 40 years serving in several Leadership positions in the Union N.A.A.C.I.E. As a Technocrat Minister in the National Assembly, he currently holds the Portfolio of Minister of Labor, with responsibilities for cooperatives; the Board of Industrial Training and central Recruitment and the Manpower Agency.
