Canadian High Commissioner to Guyana pays Courtesy Call on Speaker of the National Assembly of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana.

Newly accredited, Canadian High Commissioner to Guyana, His Excellency Mark Berman, today paid a courtesy call on the Hon. Manzoor Nadir, M.P., Speaker of the National Assembly.
They met in the Speaker’s Chamber at the Public Buildings, Brickdam, Georgetown.
During the visit, their discussion focused on various issues of mutual interest aimed at strengthening relations between the two countries.
The discussion also revolved around Canada's continued support towards the advancement of the information and communications technology infrastructure within the Parliament of Guyana.
First Secretary (Development Cooperation), Ms. Jessica-Leigh Teasdale, attached to the Canadian High Commission in Guyana, and Production Technician, Mr. Alanzo Scipio attached to the Parliament Office, were also present during the visit.
